EXPLANATORY TEXT FOR SUPPLIER
Dear Supplier;
This explanatory text was prepared, acting in the capacity of data controller ELBİR OTO YEDEK PARÇA İMALAT VE TİC. A.Ş. Within the framework of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Clarify, we are your natural person suppliers regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection methods, to whom it can be transferred and your rights under the KVKK. It has been prepared to inform the authorities and employees of our suppliers and/or legal entity suppliers.

2. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data mentioned above;
To be able to carry out communication activities with you/the company of which you are authorized or employee,
• To be able to carry out the purchase and sale processes of goods / services with you / the company of which you are an authorized person or employee,
• To be able to carry out finance and accounting works,
• Ensuring the safety of our company and physical space security and providing administrative and technical measures regarding these,
• Our ability to carry out supply chain processes,
• Our ability to carry out occupational health and safety processes,
• Our ability to carry out logistics activities,
• To be able to confirm your identity information and documents when necessary; We can take necessary actions to prevent abuse, loss and fraud,
• Our ability to preserve your information, which must be kept in accordance with the relevant legislation; to carry out the copying and backing up of information in order to prevent loss of information; to control the consistency of your information; To take the necessary technical and administrative measures for the security of your information,
• It will be processed, recorded, stored, preserved, classified for the purposes of fulfilling our legal obligations to regulatory and supervisory institutions, required or mandated by legal regulations, and to carry out legal proceedings and legal proceedings.
3. To Whom Do We Transfer Your Personal Data and For What Purposes?
In order to provide information to prosecutors' offices, courts and relevant public officials, upon request and in accordance with the legislation, on matters related to public security and legal disputes that may arise; and when necessary, to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, to the law firms we have contracted with for the follow-up of legal processes, to financial advisors for the creation of our company's financial balance sheets, to banks for the execution of goods / services contracts, to cargo companies for the purpose of sending documents and products, and accounting for the execution of accounting works. Can be transferred to the companies we receive support from.
4. What are the Collection Methods of Your Personal Data and the Legal Reasons for These?
Your personal data mentioned above are provided to the parties of the contract, provided that (i) it is clearly stipulated in the laws, (ii) it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (iii) it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698. (iv) it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, within the scope of the purposes specified in this Clarification Text and in accordance with the General Principles listed in Article 4 of the Law;

5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Access These Rights?
Article 20 of the Constitution states that everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. In Article 11 of the KVKK, the rights of the personal data owner within the scope of the law are listed.
